*Bounces around* So my boyfriend just called me with some AMAZING news!!! (But this requires a bit of explanation first)

So back in February, the Disney College Program people did a presentation at our college and we both decided to fill out the applications and to the interview for it! A couple of weeks later, I got the packet that told me that I had been accepted. ^__________^

But there were major problems with my boyfriend's application. First off, the application was REALLY long - there was the standard stuff, but other stuff attached to it as well, like picking which exact job(s) you were willing to do, various permission forms and what-not. My boyfriend was the first one to be interviewed, so he just filled out the Disney-specific info first, and left the standard stuff for last. It turns out he forgot to put his Social Security number on it!

He does not have a phone at home (he lives by himself and makes very little money at his current job), so we put my number on his contact info. A couple after the interview we got a call saying that he forgot his SSN, and that he had to get in contact with them ASAP so his application could be processed.

He was finally able to get a hold of them, and gave them his SSN. They said his application would then be processed.

A few weeks went by... nothing. He called to see the status of his application... and it was not in their system. He gave them his SSN again, and they said it would then be processed.

Repeat that last section again. D:

So eventually, he got to talk to the woman that actually did his interview. She assumed that he was lying about having called (she was never in the office whenever he called), and when she went to go check, she found out that he was indeed telling the truth. She was able to hand his application off to someone else that was still processing applications, and said that it would be processed ASAP.

Now, it's been a couple of weeks yet again, and until today we hadn't heard much aside from him finally getting the confirmation e-mail that his application had been processed. But today, he called me when he got in at work and told that HE GOT THE ACCEPTANCE PACKET!!!!!

What does this mean? Well, we'll both be living and working on the Disney World Resort grounds in Florida from August till January!! 8D I was excited before, but now I'm just ECSTATIC!!! 8DDDD

*bounces around* HOMIGOSH, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!! 8DDDDD
